Editor's note: Ordinance 1592, passed July 27, 1998 created the position of Village Administrator, and by operation, abolished the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs. Ordinance 1739, passed March 8, 2004, subsequently abolished the office of Village Administrator and re-established a Board of Trustees of Public Affairs. Anywhere in this code “Village Administrator” appears, it should be read to mean Board of Trustees of Public Affairs as appropriate. See Ohio R.C. 735.28 for relevant provisions.
