148.02 CHARGES FOR OPENING AND CLOSING GRAVES.

The Cemetery Board of Trustees shall, by amendment or supplement to its bylaws and regulations, determine the charges for the opening and closing of graves and shall also determine what amount of such charges shall be placed into the Cemetery Building and Maintenance Fund.
