(a) If necessary, the notice provided for in Section 1316.03 shall also require the building, structure or portion thereof, to be vacated forthwith and not re-occupied or used until the specified repairs and improvements are completed, inspected, and approved by the Housing or Fire Inspector. Such notice shall read:
"This structure is in a dangerous condition and has been condemned and its use has been prohibited by the Housing / Fire Inspector of the Village of Lisbon."
(b) Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without permission of the Housing or Fire Inspector; nor shall any person enter the building except for the purpose of making the required repairs or demolishing the same.
