1168.02 OPEN AREA DISTRICTS.

(a) S-1 Special Districts. S-1 Special Districts are areas which are large public or semipublic holdings for recreation and conservation purposes, areas suitable for noncommercial recreation and areas subject to periodic flooding.

(b) A-1 Agriculture Districts. A-1 Agriculture Districts contain land which is level or gently rolling and is best reserved for agriculture, forestry and other rural purposes.
