§ 32.03 USE OF CITY EQUIPMENT BY THE PUBLIC.
   (A)   Upon approval by the Mayor, for the requested use of the city equipment being used for the betterment of the city, it may be used with the permission and guidelines set forth by the Mayor, such as for use by the Little League, Scouts, churches, and for general cleanup around city properties as long as there is a qualified operator from the city accompanying the equipment and if it by chance breaks down, the person or persons getting the benefit of use would be responsible for the repair of or replacement of the similar equipment be replaced at his, her, or its expense.
   (B)   This section shall be in effect as mentioned above and after passage by the Common Council of the City of Linton.
