§ 30.03 DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER.
   There is hereby established for the City of Linton the position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer, pursuant to I.C. 36-5-6-7. The position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer is directly responsible to and serves under the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Linton in maintaining the duties of the elected position.
