(A) Establishment. The City Council established the Linton Farmers' Market (the "Market") to operate on Saturdays in Humphrey's Park. The Market will be open every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. starting May 31 and continuing through September 27, except June 28 and August 30, and except as weather may prevent. Location of the Market will be in the southeast parking lot at Humphrey's City Park.
(B) Administration and Bylaws. The Market will be administered by the Linton Park Board in accordance with the Linton Farmers' Market Bylaws and Linton Farmers' Vendor Market Handbook containing Market Regulations and Vendor Contract.
(C) The 2015 Linton Farmers’ Market Bylaws and the 2015 Linton Farmer’s Market Vendor Handbook are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
(D) Effective Date. Section 95.72 will be in full force and effect as amended and adopted by the City Council of the City of Linton on February 24, 2015.
