§ 72.18 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be enforced by any taw enforcement officer of the city or other local, county, or state law enforcement officers.
   (B)   The violations of this subchapter shall be cited on either form promulgated by the city or on standard traffic ticket promulgated by the state.
