§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   A violation of any section of §§ 72.10 et seq. shall result in a fine as follows:

      (1)   $100 for the first offense within a two-year period;

      (2)   $200 for the second offense within a two-year period and the loss of the permit; and

      (3)   $300 for the third offense within a two-year period and the golf cart shall be impounded.

   (B)   A person operating a golf cart without a permit shall be fined consistent with division (A) and shall be suspended from eligibility to apply for a permit for a period of 365 days from the date of the violation(s).

   (C)   This section does not preclude or preempt any other penalties or fines that may be imposed by applicable law.

   (D)   A golf cart may be impounded if a person violates any provision of §§ 72.10 et seq. or any other applicable law.
