The provisions of §§ 202.01 through 202.24 shall apply to the City Council and, to the extent practicable, to all commissions. As applied to commissions, references in this chapter to the Mayor shall be construed to refer to the chairperson; references to Council members shall be construed to refer to the members; and references to the City Clerk shall be construed to refer to the secretary.
