The City Administrator shall keep in his or her office at all times three copies of the City Charter, including all amendments. Each copy shall also include an accurate, current description of the boundaries of the city. These copies shall be available for public inspection at no charge at any time during regular office hours.

The City Administrator shall provide a copy of the City Charter, including amendments and a description of the city's boundaries to any person requesting it, upon payment of the fee established by ordinance in the city fee schedule. The fee shall not exceed the reasonable cost to the city of reproducing and providing the copy.
