131.02 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY OFFICER.
   The Mayor will be the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and have overall responsibility for the implementation of the Village Affirmative Action Plan. The Mayor, with the cooperation of appropriate personnel, will conduct periodic reviews and surveys to determine whether or not Village goals are being achieved. Reports of these studies will be the basis for appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
