(a) For the purpose of posting ordinances, resolutions and any other matters required by Ohio R.C. 731.25, the following are determined to be five of the most public places in the Village:
(1) The corner of West 119th and Zelis;
(2) The corner of Zelis and Guardian;
(3) The corner of West 120th and Bellaire Road;
(4) The corner of West 117th and Shamrock;
(5) The Easterly border of the Village of Bellaire Road next to the Bellaire Road Auto Parts.
(b) All matters set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall hereafter be posted at such places and in the manner required by law. The Clerk is directed to procure proper bulletin boards or other facilities and to cause the same to be erected at the above mentioned places for such purposes.
