105.05 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)    As used herein, the term "public body" or "public bodies" shall mean each of the following:

      (1)    Council;

      (2)    Any Committee of Council.

   (b)    As used herein, the term "meeting" shall mean any prearranged discussion of the public business by a majority of Council or a majority of any Committee of Council.
