The Village shall hold regularly-scheduled Council Meetings on the first Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall located at 4016 West 119th Street, Linndale, Ohio, except in the months of July, August and September, when Council will be on vacation. In January of each year, the Village Clerk shall post upon the bulletin board outside the Town Hall entrance a schedule of all such regularly-scheduled meetings of Council, as well as those of all other public bodies of the Village. This posting shall be deemed sufficient to give notice to all interested parties as the time and location of all regular meetings of public bodies of the Village.
