(a) Every person who owns, keeps or harbors a vicious dog, as defined in Section 955.11 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the Village of Linndale, must annually register said animal with the Linndale Police Department on forms provided by the Police Department. The annual registration fee for each such vicious dog registered shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) At the time of each annual registration, the owner shall provide the Village Police Department with a copy of the current declarations page for his/her insurance policy, showing that the owner carries liability insurance in connection with the ownership, keeping and/or harboring of said vicious dog in the amount required by Section 505.14.
(c) A violation of any provision of this section shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
