Each licensee acting as a Private Security Agency or providing Premises Security shall provide copies of its registry of individuals employed as security personnel filed with the Ohio Department of Public Safety as required by Ohio Administrative Code 4501:7-1-09 with the Linndale Police Chief prior to providing services.
