It shall be unlawful for any person to own, operate or engage in business as a Private Security Agency or providing Premises Security in the Village limits of Linndale without having first met the licensing and requirements of the Ohio Revised Code 4749.01, et seq., and Ohio Administrative Code 4501:7.
