149.02 DUTIES AND POWERS.

The Planning Commission shall have all of the duties imposed upon and the powers granted to village planning commissions pursuant to Chapter 713 of the Ohio Revised Code and shall conduct its proceedings in keeping with the provisions of that chapter.
