Council authorizes the creation of the Mobile Phone Expense Reimbursement Stipend. This stipend is strictly for the position of the Mayor, Chief of Police, Maintenance Director and Clerk/Treasurer. The Stipend will be a monthly reimbursement of $40.00 to be paid thru the payroll system. The stipend is to be paid the first pay period of the month, every month.
