147.10 TRANSPORTING EMPLOYEES INCAPABLE OF OBTAINING A DRIVER'S LICENSE.

The Mayor and Council wishes to provide a means of transportation to those employee’s of the Village who do not have another means of transportation or who does not have the capability to obtain a driver’s license.
