1349.02 OCCUPANCY PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (a)   The owner(s) of rental property within the Village shall be required to obtain an Occupancy Permit prior to renting the unit.

   (b)   The general Policies and Procedures for Occupancy Permits attached to Resolution 2006-05 were adopted by Council.
(Res. 2006-05. Passed 6-6-06.)
