(a) A donor employee at their discretion and in writing may donate any amount of earned sick time to a donee employee in one (1) hour increments.
(b) The donor employee shall be deducted the amount of hours specified in their authorization, the donee employee will be credited at an equivalent hourly rate.
(c) All requests are subject to review by Administration and may be denied for any reason or no reason.
(d) All participants acknowledge that this authorization may not be used to as a loan to borrow and repay hours, this is strictly on a voluntary basis, no one is required to participate and no one will be punished nor rewarded for their participation or lack of.
