Each contractor, applying for a registration shall furnish evidence of insurance for general liability, vehicle liability, and bodily injury in the amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence and not less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) general aggregate, and for property damage in the amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) general aggregate and per occurrence and naming the Village of Linndale as an additional insured on all policies of insurance.
