(a) In all instances where a Building Permit is required, every individual shall complete the necessary building permit application located at the Linndale Village Hall and pay to the Village Treasurer the Permit Fee(s) set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(b) Businesses and commercial uses shall obtain permits for non-residential construction through the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce and Division of Industrial Relations.
