923.02 CONTAINER REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)    Recycling Containers used by occupants of residential units for disposing of cans and glass containers must be clear plastic bags, and if the bags contain cans, they must be marked as "tin" or "aluminum" according to their contents. Recycling containers used for disposing newspapers or cardboard may be either clear or plastic bags or any other type of bag, for example, grocery bags.
   (b)    Garbage and Refuse containers used by occupants of residential units must be composed of aluminum, plastic, or rubber material suitable for storing garbage or refuse, must be watertight, not of greater than thirty (30) gallons capacity, and must be provided with suitable handles on the outside and a tightly fitting cover. Degradable plastic bags may be used for garbage or refuse disposal.
