(a) Upon the completion of one year's service as a full time employee of the Village, an employee shall be entitled to a one week paid vacation. Such vacation shall be taken in the employee's second year of service, or forfeited.
(b) Upon the completion of two year's service as a full time employee of the Village, an employee shall be entitled to two weeks paid vacation. Such vacation shall be taken in the third year of service of the employee, or forfeited.

(c) All full time employees who are employed for ten years are granted a third week’s vacation effective July 1st of their tenth year. (Ord. 2009-08. Passed 3-3-09.)
