147.01 PAY SHEETS.
   (a)    Each full and part time employee of the Village is hereby required to sign a pay sheet at the end of each pay period.
   (b)    At the time of signing the pay sheet, as specified in subsection (a) hereof, each employee shall designate the hours worked during the pay period. Each pay sheet shall be approved and signed by the department head of each employee.
   (c)    The Clerk shall be custodian of all payroll records and shall prepare payroll checks from payroll records. No payroll check shall be issued unless the department head has approved the hours worked by each full or part time employee. All payroll checks prepared by the Clerk shall be distributed to each department head for redistribution.
