770.15 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

The licensee or local agent, shall be responsible to maintain the premises to ensure there is not a violation of Chapter 509 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Linndale for disturbing the peace. If the licensee or designated local agent is convicted for a violation of Chapter 509, the conviction shall be grounds for revocation, denial or suspension of a license.
