The Mayor shall suspend or revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter for a violation or violations of any of the provisions herein. In the event that the Mayor suspends or revokes any license, the owner or operator may within ten days of such notice appeal such suspension or revocation to the Council. The appeal shall be heard by Council at its next regular meeting. The decision of the Council shall be considered a final administrative decision and may be appealed to Common Pleas Court pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
