727.04 PERIODIC INSPECTION.

The owner or operator of each adult entertainment business shall, at all times when the business is open for business, permit access to the Mayor, his designee, and the Village Police Department, for the purpose of periodically inspecting the adult entertainment business premises for compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
