The Building Inspector shall have authority and it shall be his duty, to revoke the license issued to any person, firm or corporation for conducting or maintaining picture machine exhibitions when he shall be satisfied that such licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or such ordinances of the Village relating thereto; provided, however, that before such license opportunity shall be given to such licensee to correct such violations.
