(a) Every person, society, club, firm or corporation to whom a license is granted, shall pay an annual fee therefor in the sum of five dollars ($5.00), for the first table, and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional table. Where the applicant is a society or club not organized for profit, no license fee is to be charged.
(b) All money received by way of licenses shall be paid into the General Fund of such Village.
