705.03 AUTHORITY TO INSTALL ALARM.

Any residence, lawful business, church, school or other similar structure located within the Village may be equipped with an emergency alarm for the purpose of detecting an unauthorized intrusion upon compliance with this chapter, including those pertaining to permits.
