139.05 CHIEF OF POLICE; RESIDENCY.
   (a)    There is hereby established the full time office of Chief of Police.
(Ord. 74-4. Passed 2-5-74.)
   (b)    Pursuant of Ohio R.C. 737.15 the requirement that the Chief of Police become a resident within six months following his appointment is hereby waived.
