525.18 ABUSE OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS; POLICE.

(a) No person shall abuse the Mayor or a police officer, or any other public official, in the execution of their office, or knowingly and willfully resist and obstruct any police officer or other official in the execution of his office.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
