§ 90.06  KENNELS; LICENSE FEES.
   A kennel shall be any establishment which has more than three dogs and/or cats. Kennels are not allowed in residential zoning districts. In other districts, written application for a kennel license shall be made to the city which shall include name and address of the kennel owner, construction and dimensions, size of each kennel, the maximum number of dogs and/or cats which may be maintained at any one time at said kennel, the disposal of waste, the size of runs, if any, and provision for access by the Fire Department. The kennel shall contain at least one fully enclosed shelter for each dog and/or cat and provide an exercise area. A fee for a kennel license shall be $15 and a fee per dog shall be assessed according to § 90.02.
