A. Misdemeanor: A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. Jail Time Included: A violation of sections 5-1-5 and 5-1-7 of this chapter and sections 31-5-225, 31-5-229 and 31-5-233 of the Wyoming Statutes adopted in subsection 5-1-1A of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
C. Per Diem Credit: Upon conviction for the violation of any provision of this chapter where the judgment of the court imposes a fine or costs, the defendant may be committed to the county jail until such fine or costs are paid; and if so committed, defendant shall be credited on such fine and costs ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day defendant is confined in jail.
