5-1-5: CARELESS DRIVING:

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle upon the streets or alleys of the town in a careless or heedless manner, or without due caution and circumspection or at a speed or in such manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property. (Ord. 195, 4-4-1984)
