6-1-8: PENALTY:
The violation of sections 6-1-6 and 6-1-7 of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be punished by a fine as established in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (Ord. 186, 12-1-1982; amd. 2002 Code; Ord. 308, 10-7-2009)
