6-1-4: COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AFTER ISSUANCE OF PERMIT:
When a permit has been issued, as provided for in section 6-1-2 of this chapter, the owner shall, within thirty (30) days after the issuance of such permit, commence the construction or reconstruction of such sidewalk or curb and finish the same without delay. (Ord. 186, 12-1-1982)
