(A) Permission in writing from a lot owner/licensee must accompany all requests for permission to bury bodies of persons that are not members of the immediate family of the lot owner/licensee.
(B) All excavations shall be made under the direction of the city.
(C) When graves are requested to be dug, at least 48 hours notice shall be given during the months of April through October; and 72 hours notice shall be given during the months of November through March.
(D) The outside dimensions of the case to be used and the location shall be specified.
(E) No interment may be made in the cemetery unless all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations regarding interments have been complied with, and until the license fees and all burial fees are paid.
(F) Acceptable burials for one traditional lot are:
(1) Parent and child in one casket.
(2) Two infants in one casket.
(3) One casket burial and four cremains burials, if depth allows.
(4) Four cremains burials.
(G) Two cremains burials are allowed in a single cremation lot.
(H) One infant burial and two cremains burials are allowed in a single baby lot, if depth allows.
