§ 97.06 BURIAL PERMITS.
   (A)   Before any interment, a burial permit shall be obtained from the funeral home or the State Registrar of Vital Statistics.
   (B)   No interment shall be made unless the city is notified and a copy of the burial permit is filed with the city.
