(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) The violation of any provision of §§ 35.30 through 35.37 shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $500; each day a violation of §§ 35.30 through 35.37 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
