(A) No tattoo studio or body piercing studio shall be situated in any location within the city nearer than 1,000 feet as taken in the most direct measurement from the nearest part of the building in which the tattoo studio or body piercing studio is located or housed to the property line of any church, school or private residence within the city or the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city.
(B) Tattoo studios and body piercing studios may not be located in any zoning district other than I-1, Light Industrial District, as defined in the zoning ordinance of the city.
