Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. In case the owner or operator of the premises shall be a corporation and shall violate any provision of this chapter, the President, Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer of such corporation, or any manager, agent or employee of such corporation shall also be severally liable for any penalty. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
