§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A licensee or permitee who sell an alcoholic beverage without having paid the applicable license or permit renewal fee to the city will have committed a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $200 each day of so offending, or each day that such violation exists shall be a separate offense and it shall be so constituted.
   (C)   Penalties for violations of § 110.09 shall be as provided in said Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code.
