(A) The holders of mixed drink late hours permits and the holders of retail dealer’s on-premises late hours licenses, as those terms are defined in the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, may sell mixed drinks and beer between the hours of 12:00 a.m and 2:00 a.m. as provided by the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, §§ 105.3 and 105.5.
(B) It is the intent of this section to authorize and permit any and all late hour sales which are permitted by the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, §§ 105.03 and 105.05.
