(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, distill, brew, import, store for the purpose of sale, distribute or sell any beer, wine or mixed beverage within the city unless such person has obtained a license or permit as applicable (depending on the requirements under state law relative to the product to be sold).
(B) The City Council does hereby levy a fee pursuant, which shall be one-half of the state fees, upon every person as permitted by the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
