§ 93.03 PROHIBITION OF DAMAGE TO PARK PROPERTY OR ANIMALS.
   (A)   Buildings and other property. No person shall:
      (1)   Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, or displace or remove any buildings, bridges, tables, benches, barbeque pits, railings, paving or paving material water lines or other public utilities or part or appurtenances thereof, signs, notices or placards, whether temporary or permanent, monuments, stakes, posts or other boundary markers or other structures or equipment, facilities or park property or appurtenances whatsoever, either real or personal;
      (2)    Fail to cooperate in maintaining restrooms and washrooms in a neat and sanitary condition; or
      (3)   Dig or remove any soil, rocks, stones, trees, shrubs, or plants or materials or make any excavation by tool, equipment or other means or agency without prior approval by the Mayor or City Council.
   (B)   Trees, shrubbery and lawns.
      (1)   No person shall damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or plant or injure the bark or pick the flowers or seeds of any type or plant without prior approval by the Mayor or City Council.
      (2)   A person shall not dig or otherwise disturb grass areas, or injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any area without prior approval by the Mayor or City Council.
   (C)   Wild animals. No person shall:
      (1)   Hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, shoot or throw missiles at any animal, reptile or bird. Exceptions to the foregoing are made in that snakes known to be poisonous and deadly, such as rattlesnakes, moccasins, copperheads, coral snakes or other deadly reptiles, may be killed on sight; and park workers may trap a skunk or similar small animal that is on the premises repeatedly; or
      (2)    Give, offer or attempt to give to any animal any known noxious substance.
